Terms of use

Last updated: October 25, 2026

By playing The Color Game ("we") you agree to these terms. Contact: aaa@playthecolorgame.com.

Playing

Solo play is free. Please choose initials that aren't offensive. We may remove leaderboard entries that are, or that come from cheating.

Hosting matches

Hosting live matches is free for now, and anyone you invite always plays free. If we later offer a paid Host subscription, these terms apply to it:

• It renews automatically each billing period at the price shown when you subscribe, until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime under "Manage subscription." Hosting stays available until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are at our discretion unless the law requires otherwise.

Availability

We work to keep the game running, but it's provided as-is, without guarantees of uptime, and features may change.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using the game. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll show a notice in the game.
